At Dhanoa Physiotherapy, we value your time and aim to provide professional, timely, and effective physiotherapy consultations. This Refund Policy applies only to consultation fees paid through our website or at our clinic.
1. General Policy
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Refunds will only be issued under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
A refund of consultation fees may be considered if:
You cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
The appointment is cancelled by Dhanoa Physiotherapy for reasons beyond your control, and you do not wish to reschedule.
A double payment was made in error for the same appointment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
You miss your appointment without prior notice.
You cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
You are dissatisfied with the consultation outcome, as physiotherapy results may vary depending on individual conditions and compliance.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
Email jasdev.dhanoa@gmail.com with the subject Refund Request – Consultation.
Include your full name, appointment date, and payment receipt or transaction ID.
State the reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Rescheduling Option
If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may request to reschedule instead of cancelling. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid loss of the consultation fee.
6. Policy Updates
Dhanoa Physiotherapy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on www.dhanoaphysiotherapy.com with a new effective date.
